Vegan Vanilla Bean and Oat milk Smoothie
I love using oat milk in smoothies because it adds a rich creamy texture and flavor as well as protein.
Servings: 4–6
INGREDIENTS:

1 cup oat milk (vegan milk)
1 cup spinach, fresh
1 medium banana, frozen
1/2 cup strawberries, frozen
1/4 cup blueberries, frozen
1/4 teaspoon vanilla bean powder
1 Natural Delight Medjool date for extra sweetness
1 cup of ice
DIRECTIONS:

1. Combine ingredients in blender.
2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
3. Serve chilled.
