Summer Fruit Salad🍍🍉

It's summer time and National Blueberry Month! What better time to enjoy fresh produce in season.🍍🍉. Sweet, ripe, tart, crunchy, hydrating and delicious😋😋. Remember to fuel and hydrate with a variety of high water content fruits and veggies rich in antioxidants, electrolytes, fiber, and vitamin C during these summer months.

☀️After our run this morning, we enjoyed fresh cold juicy watermelon and bananas. When I arrived home, hubby had a fruit salad bowl chilled and ready to enjoy. I ate it...of course sharing some😋.

📋 Ingredients

1 large peach, chopped
1 cup globe seeded grapes, halved
1/2 cup blueberries
1 cup strawberries, chopped
1 cup pineapple, chopped
1/2 cup cantaloupe, chopped
Juice of one small lemon
Mint leaves optional
.
Combine and enjoy!

Peaches🍑, plums, blueberries, grapes🍇, strawberries🍓, pineapple🍍, cherries🍒 and watermelon🍉, are some of my favorite in-season fruits available this season.😋
