As a Dietitian and avid runner, I believe the best type of exercise is the one you truly enjoy and the best nutrition strategy is one that is realistic and tailored to meet your individual needs, wellness goals, food preferences, and lifestyle for the best health outcomes.
My philosophy is simple. I start with a realistic, non-diet food first approach that focuses on nutrient dense meal planning. I provide user friendly evidence-based food and nutrition counseling and resources to help you achieve your health and wellness goals. My goal is to empower you to set realistic goals, choose nutrient dense foods and consistent physical activity to help you on your path to optimal health and wellness.

What to Expect
During your initial nutrition discovery call, I’ll learn more about your nutritional and wellness goals, explore helpful targeted resources that you can use, as well as your food ways and habits. We will also discuss your insurance options. We’ll also discuss and send you and assessment form to complete for you next session. Together we will develop a customized realistic plan tailored for you. Virtual follow-up appointments are 60 minutes.
